I'm Mustaqeem Tariq, a full-stack software engineer based in Lahore, Pakistan.

I started my software engineering journey with JavaScript and TypeScript, building modern web and mobile applications using React, Next.js, React Native, and Expo. Over the past 4+ years, I have architected and developed scalable digital products with a strong focus on user experience, maintainability, and performance.

My expertise includes frontend and backend development with Node.js, Express.js, Firebase, REST APIs, Redux, React Query, React Context, and modern state management patterns. I have also worked extensively with UI libraries and styling systems including Material UI, Tailwind CSS, and reusable component architectures.

Beyond core product development, I have integrated third-party services such as Stripe payments, Firebase services, authentication systems, cloud storage, real-time features, and subscription flows. Recently, I have been exploring AI-powered applications, automation workflows, and advanced data-driven product experiences.

I have worked with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase Firestore, and Redis. My experience includes designing scalable database architectures, working with relational and NoSQL data models, optimizing queries, and implementing real-time synchronization systems for production applications.

I have experience architecting, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud-based applications and backend infrastructure. My delivery work includes Docker-based workflows and production deployments on Vercel and Firebase, along with practical experience connecting applications to managed services, storage, authentication, and real-time infrastructure.
